A theory on White Light defence:
Let’s start with the background to White Light. As we were created as pure energy beings, we have a special spark inside us. This spark can be fanned into a majestically bright Light. Now darkness cannot operate in bright White Light. It is their opposite, their weakness.

This was the topic that got me started on my journey. Turns out it would make for the solid foundation required for what was to follow.
Consider this. If you believed you were a snake you’d be slithering on the ground. If you believed you were an eagle you’d keep trying to fly. If you believed you were just a human with a physical existence you’d be just that. If you believed you were a spiritual entity in a human body to learn thru experience whom has mystical abilities, you’d be just that. Right?
